How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7–35 business days after processing, depending on the destination. The estimate for your country is shown before payment, and tracking is included.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free tracked shipping is available to selected countries. For other destinations, the tracked shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us at thefoodtherapy.kitchen@gmail.com to start a return.
Are your products food safe?
Yes. Our boards, plates, and serving pieces are selected from food-safe materials such as acacia wood, marble, and ceramic.
How should I care for the pieces?
Hand wash is recommended for wood, marble, and ceramic pieces. Dry immediately and avoid long soaking to preserve the finish.
